For example, JICMAIL Essentials will show the predicted results of a campaign across commercial action measures. When a commercial action is selected it will show how many mail items in a campaign will deliver that action and it also shows how many items will deliver a purchase-related action. These provide additional campaign performance benchmarks and campaign costs can be applied to them as further proxy indicators, e.g. projected cost per commercial action.
