The DMA Annual Conference 2026 is where the marketing community comes together to learn, collaborate and advance best practice, combining data knowledge, creativity and ethical standards to drive marketing effectiveness. The conference champions an integrated approach—bringing together leading minds to foster an industry that is not only high-performing, but trusted and customer-first.

At the Conference, and in collaboration with the DMA, we will be unveiling our latest report 'The Value of Super Touchpoints Planning'. Building on 'Mail: The Super Touchpoint', this new report encompasses the foundations of the Super Touchpoints planning framework (established by JICMAIL, DMA and a roundtable of industry experts including the IPA, System 1 and a handful of leading advertisers and agencies) in late 2024 and incorporates both the more recent roundtable held with The Direct Line Group and their agencies, VCCP and CARAT along with the DMA’s Effectiveness Databank of nearly 2,000 DMA Award-entering campaigns.

Read Ian Gibb's overview of the new report.

'The Value of Super Touchpoints Planning' makes a strong business case for a more considered approach to creating marketing plans, linking Super Touchpoints strengths to business, brand and response effects while acknowledging the role that touchpoint quantity, quality and synchronicity all play in driving results.

Attendees can expect a full day packed with multi-stream sessions, offering breakthrough insights, inspiring case studies and hands-on collaboration. The programme is designed to connect responsibility with measurable results, trust with sustainable growth, and innovation with meaningful impact.
