Introductory training:

Introductory face-to-face training is offered online or in-person.  We cover an overview of the JICMAIL panel and methodology and then you will be guided through our Discovery dashboards in an interactive and tailored training session.

If you have a particular brief, client query or internal project you’re working on, please bring along your questions (or preferably submit them in advance) and we’ll do our best to answer them with examples as we work through Discovery.

Follow-up training:

We offer additional advanced and refresher training sessions to our subscribers:

Advanced training covers off any dashboard queries you might have and it’s best to book this session after you’ve used Discovery for at least a month.  It will take a closer look at our Partner Tools and the additional functionality and analysis capabilities of Discovery.

Refresher training sessions are offered as an interactive Zoom webinar every quarter.  We unpick the five most frequently asked questions using Discovery in a fun and interactive session.   Keep an eye on our weekly email updates, or check out our upcoming events for details on how to sign up to the next session.

On-demand training through JICMAIL Academy:

Delivered through our JICMAIL Academy as online training modules, the programme combines structured e-learning, certification pathways and practical application exercises to support users at every level, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

The JICMAIL Academy is hosted on the DMA’s learning platform and you will need to register for an additional Academy account, separate to your Discovery account.  You must also be a JICMAIL subscriber to access the Academy.

Below you can see the content of each certificate and we encourage all subscribers to complete these accreditations.  We will even give you an honourable mention on LinkedIn if you send us your certificates!
