What makes a JICMAIL Platinum Partner

Platinum organisational accreditation is awarded to businesses who have demonstrated a level of proficiency with JICMAIL beyond its basic application which includes evidence of JICMAIL data being embedded into the advertiser, intermediary or agency L&D programs; evidence of JICMAIL data being embedded into the planning and/or reporting data ecosystem; and evidence that JICMAIL is being systematically used to retain or grow business. It requires evidence of the organisation adhering to industry best practice standards with respect to the levy, such as specifying the specific levy cost on plans/proposals or detailing the levy as a VAT exempt item on invoices with best practice process as key criteria.

For agencies, intermediaries and sell-side organisations to be awarded platinum accreditation, they will be required to achieve a specific set of tasks as agreed in their adoption plans. For advertisers Platinum accreditation will be awarded on a discretionary basis as per the decision of the JICMAIL accreditation panel. This will be reviewed on an advertiser-by-advertiser basis once per year.

Platinum Partner status is maintained through a refresh of the original requirements and additional information supplied to show adherence to the core principles.

The deadline for entries for this year’s Platinum Partners is 31st December 2026.

Become a Platinum Partner

Holding JICMAIL Platinum Partner status shows the industry, and your clients, that your organisation is one of the industry’s leading practitioners of JICMAIL data, demonstrating an exceptional best practice proficiency with JICMAIL data over and above its standard application.

Every year, during Platinum Partner renewals, we’re delighted to hear how our Platinum Partners have impressed clients and won business with the support of JICMAIL data. This serves as a great demonstration of the value our data and tools bring to our Platinum Partners.

Whether you would like to become a JICMAIL Platinum Partner for the first time, or are renewing your existing status, we ask you to share your evidence that JICMAIL data is embedded into your everyday business, including across your Learning & Development and Client-facing departments as per the checklist below:

Demonstrate your outcomes from using JICMAIL over the last 12 months.

  • Share how you have used JICMAIL data to engage new or existing clients, and any outcomes you are able to share.
  • Include any events, marketing or social media sharing you have undertaken.

Confirm your embedding of JICMAIL in your L&D

  • Confirm the Bronze, Silver and Gold certificates that have been achieved across your teams in the past year.
  • Show us how you have embedded JICMAIL training into your L&D through checklists, inductions and workflows that make it normal practice for relevant team members to become JICMAIL qualified.

Illustrate how JICMAIL data is included in your client-facing work

  • Whether you are using JICMAIL data for planning, prospective pitching, client innovation or campaign measurement, please provide examples of how you are using JICMAIL data to build your cases for mail and engage your audience.
  • Additionally, supply at least one JICMAIL Use Case, showing how you identified an objective, created a solution and delivered a result supported by JICMAIL data. Typically provide us with your latest Gold Use Case.
  • Where relevant for your organisation, we also request evidence to show that the JICMAIL Levy is transparent to your clients. This could be on documentation including invoices, proposals, plans, quotes and media schedules.
