Taking the JICMAIL Bronze certificate increases your knowledge about where JICMAIL data comes from, what the key JICMAIL metrics are and how to use the data to support client relationships and make the case for mail.

This is an online tutorial which takes you through question and answer modules and provides you with a downloadable certificate once completed.  It usually takes around 45 minutes to complete.

Completing your Bronze certificate on JICMAIL Academy will help you to:

• Understand how JICMAIL research is conducted and what the panel task is
• Understand core JICMAIL stats: reach, frequency, impacts etc
• Feel more confident in navigating and using key JICMAIL Discovery dashboards
